The trade has proposed Tuesday. Confirm the commitment before relying on the date.

PREREQUISITE TO REVIEW

THE ROAD AHEAD · ENTERPRISE ROADMAP

One person today.
A bigger team tomorrow.

For businesses coordinating more people, places and projects, the next chapter goes further.

Talk about your team
  • Team roles & shared queues
  • Business system integrations
  • Reporting across locations
  • Project & team coordination

Planned capabilities, not included in the current release. Tell us what your business needs and we’ll be clear about fit and availability.

FAIR QUESTIONS.

Let’s clear
a few things up.

Ask us anything
Can I keep my phone number?

Yes. Keep the number customers already know. We guide you through connecting selected calls to your receptionist. Your phone setup is checked before you rely on it; saving your details does not switch on forwarding.

Do I need a new website?

No. Keep your existing website. We use its public information to help prepare your business profile, and website text chat can sit on the site you already have. Installation and a live check are part of connecting that channel.

What can the receptionist promise?

You set the work you take, service area, hours and how enquiries should be handled. Appointment requests stay requests unless a visit is actually confirmed in your connected TradeAhead diary. Final quotes and decisions stay with you.

What happens when someone needs a person?

You choose how calls should be handled and where a person can accept a handover. Human handover needs its own connection and acceptance check. Enquiries that need your judgement remain clear next steps for you.

What does getting started involve?

Start with your website, check the business information we find, then chat through the missing details. No website? Your guide can start with a few questions instead. Number registration, phone connection and live testing have their own checks and may take longer than business setup.

Is this for larger businesses too?

Talk to us about your team and workflow. Team roles, shared queues, integrations, reporting, multiple locations and project coordination are on the enterprise roadmap. We will be clear about what is available and what would need to be built for you.

GOOD AT YOUR TRADE. AHEAD IN YOUR BUSINESS.

More work in hand.
More life after it.
